Krissy Many began her real estate career in 2015 with a commitment to excellence. In 2023, this commitment has not only endured but has flourished into a remarkable journey of success.

Expanding her industry knowledge has always been important to Krissy. In addition to the rigorous course Krissy completed to earn her Broker’s license, she also attended Dr. Karrass’s Effective Negotiations class. Her desire to expand her experience didn’t stop there. She has gone on to obtain multiple designations, such as Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), as well as Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). These have improved her knowledge and the service she can give to every client she works with.

With Krissy’s impressive knowledge, it is no surprise that she is the highest-reviewed agent in her brokerage and New York offices. Krissy’s collection of well over 100 five-star reviews is a testament to the exceptional service she consistently delivers. Additionally, she has earned a spot among Green Team’s top 10 agents for the last four years and counting.

When Krissy transitioned to the role of Broker Manager of our New York offices, she brought about a positive wave within our team. Additionally, Krissy is happy to share her knowledge and actively mentors new agents who join our team. Her dedication to always doing her best helps foster an environment of growth and collaboration within BHGRE Green Team.

Krissy’s beneficial impact extends far beyond our office walls. She has dedicated many hours to organizing ways that our team can give back to and show our support to the community, from delivering donuts to local police departments on Law Enforcement Appreciation Day to organizing an “in-cider” mimosa party that not only offered a moment of relaxation but also served as an opportunity for clients to gain insights into the current real estate market. Additionally, She recently started a new teaching journey as the mentor of an outstanding local student from Chester Academy High School. Krissy is so happy to have the opportunity to not only help them learn but to give them a leg up when it’s time for them to join the industry.

Servpro visits our BHGRE Green Team Goshen Office

Creating Connections and Friends 

Building strong business connections is essential for realtors. These connections allow you to provide your clients with the best recommendations and solutions for their needs. That’s why our Broker-Manager Krissy Many invited SERVPRO of North Orange County to our New Goshen office for a visit and a delicious lunch.

Lunch was not only enjoyable but also provided a valuable opportunity for both teams to get to know each other. Afterward, Brittany, the co-owner of Servpro shared with us the services they can provide to benefit our clients. 

Servpro offers a wide range of services for both commercial and residential clients. Their free emergency manual for commercial clients is a great resource that can help ensure the safety of employees and customers in the event of an emergency.

On the residential side, their services for water damage, leaks, storm damage, fire restoration, mold remediation, vent cleaning, bio-hazard clean up, deep cleaning and trash-outs can help homeowners deal with a variety of issues that can arise in their homes.

Furthermore, Servpro is a local family-owned franchise started by Brittany’s parents. Following their retirement, She and her sister took over and are continuing to carry on the great service their parents started. Servpro is a company that values quality and customer satisfaction. Having Brittany and her sister at the helm ensures that this tradition will continue for years to come.

Krissy Many Promoted to Broker Manager

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Green Team is proud to announce that Kristine “Krissy” Many has been promoted to Broker Manager of our new Goshen Office.

Since beginning her Real Estate career in 2015 Krissy’s hard work and dedication has made her one of the best in the business. She has ranked as one of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Green Team’s Top 10 agents for the last three years and counting. Additionally, she has accumulated over 100 Five Star reviews on her website which is not only a huge accomplishment but a homage to her devotion. 

As a Real Estate Consultant, Krissy is committed to helping her clients achieve their real estate goals. She has gone above and beyond to expand her knowledge so that she is able to better assist her clients. In addition to passing the rigorous course to become an associate broker, Krissy has obtained multiple designations over the years. These include Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), as well as Commercial & Investment Real Estate Certification. Additionally, she went on to graduate from Dr. Karrass’s Effective Negotiations.

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Green Team announces the opening of their new Office in Goshen, NY. 

We at BHGRE Green Team are excited to announce the opening of our new office in Goshen, NY! When the original Green Team Home Selling System was founded we never could have imagined the success that would follow. Over the last 18 years, we have grown and expanded in many ways. From the opening of our first office in Warwick, then our Vernon office, and most recently our affiliation with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. The dedication and hard work of our team have undoubtedly contributed to our success and reputation as a trusted brokerage in the Hudson Valley and Northern NJ. With the addition of this new office, our team will be able to better serve our community and continue to build on our success. 

Our newest office is sure to be a hot spot for our agents who need a comfortable and functional workspace. The spacious conference room and natural light will no doubt create an ideal environment for productive meetings and collaboration. Additionally, our team has access to a kitchenette as well as a cozy lounge for well-deserved breaks. To add to the sweetness of this new space, we are located right next to an ice cream shop. Overall, this new space is the perfect place for us to thrive and grow!

Krissy Many Receives Broker’s License

Why pursue a broker’s license?

The exam to become a broker is lengthy and requires in-depth knowledge about real estate. It is undoubtedly more difficult than the exam needed to become a real estate agent. So, why did Krissy Many pursue this achievement?  Her answer in a word is “Knowledge.”
She goes on to explain, “Covid-19 brought many changes and uncertainties. I felt this was the perfect time to expand my knowledge and increase my education by pursuing a broker license.  Although I prefer an “in classroom” experience, I had no choice but to attend class “online.”.  The additional 45 hours of training took more commitment and determination on my part in the virtual learning method. However, it was important to me and it made me carve out time to dedicate to obtaining this goal of mine.    This achievement was a personal goal I had set for myself when I became a full-time realtor in 2015. As a top producer, ranking in the top 10 the last few years, I felt it was my responsibility to always be learning and improving my craft to better serve my clients.  So, knowledge and experience are the benefits that I will be able to offer my clients.  I never considered myself a salesperson, but identified more as a consultant.  This new achievement was a natural progression in my business.  I love what I do and I look forward to helping families and investors achieve their real estate goals.
Krissy also has the following designations:
  • Commercial & Investment Real Estate (CIREC) Certification’
  • Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Certification; and
  • Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) Certification

Becoming a Real Estate Broker

The New York State Division of Licensing Services states that certain qualifications must be met. First, an applicant must have at least two years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson. In addition, the applicant must have successfully completed the 75-hour qualifying salesperson course. The final step is completion of the addition 45-hour real estate broker course, as approved by the Secretary of State. According to Geoff Green, President of Green Team Realty,

Krissy Many Receives Military Relocation Professional Certification

 

Krissy Many of Green Team New York Realty has achieved Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Designation. This certification prepares real estate professionals to work with current and former military service members. Importantly, the course addresses finding the right housing solutions and taking full advantage of military benefits and support.

NAR’s Military Relocation Professional Certification

When military staff and their families relocate, the services of a real estate professional who understands their needs and timetables makes the transfer easier, faster, and less stressful. This certification focuses on educating real estate professionals about working with current and former military service members to find the housing solutions that best suit their needs and take full advantage of military benefits and support.  Course participants learn to provide the real estate services, at any stage in the service member’s military career, that meet the needs of this niche market and win future referrals. In addition, participants hone their knowledge and skills to work with active-duty military buyers and sellers, as well as veterans with the NAR’s Military Relocation Professional Certification.

When asked why she decided to obtain this certification, Krissy replied:

“Veterans and their families do what they do so we can do what we do in comfort and safety. I sought this designation so that in some small way I can show my support for our military.  Maybe, just maybe, I can make their relocation and home selection a little easier and smoother. The benefit of this training and designation is that I will speak and understand their language as well as their time frames. Military personnel speak a language all their own and it is full acronyms! Their needs, timing and challenges are unique to them.  I understand these factors and can be a source of information, guidance and support to our military families in their real estate needs.”

Kristine “Krissy” Many Earns NAR Pricing Strategy Advisor Certification

 Kristine “Krissy” Many has been awarded Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) Certification by the National Association of REALTORS®  (NAR).

 

According to the NAR, determining property values depends more than ever on professional expertise and competence, the best use of technology, and a commitment to approach pricing from various perspectives. Further, Marc Gould, Executive Director of the Center for Specialized REALTOR® Education, stated, “Consumers deserve accurate property value assessments, so NAR is proud to provide REALTORS® with a credential that provides enhanced tools, education, and expertise to determine the most accurate value for a home.”

 

 

 

 

 

PSA Certification gives REALTORS® the knowledge and skills to:

  • select appropriate comparables and make accurate adjustments;
  • guide sellers and buyers through details of comparative market analyses and the underlying pricing principles informing them; and
  • interact effectively with appraisers.

Krissy considers herself a consultant rather than a salesperson. And, she adds, “In my consultative role, this certification will benefit my clients by allowing me to effectively and accurately address their pricing questions, allowing them to feel confident in their buying and selling decisions.”
